In 1992, Fidel Castro visited the house where his father was born in Galicia (Spain). On that date the Head of the Galician government was Manuel Fraga, a minister during Franco's dictatorship. Fraga received Castro with big honors, including walks, tributes and celebrations. They spent two days together like close friends.
